What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional massage and body treatments following Woodhouse's signature service protocols.
- Customize treatments to meet each guest's individual needs and wellness goals.
- Create a welcoming, relaxing, and memorable experience for every guest.
- Educate guests on the benefits of massage therapy, available enhancements, and recommended home-care products.
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully prepared treatment rooms in accordance with Woodhouse standards.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to provide a seamless and elevated guest experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to continuously strengthen your skills.
What We're Looking For
- Current, valid Maryland massage therapy license.
- A genuine passion for massage therapy, wellness, and helping others.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
- Commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality treatments.
- Ability to manage a busy treatment schedule while maintaining exceptional service standards.
