Job Summary
The Elite Touch Institute is seeking a dynamic and passionate Massage Therapist Instructor to lead and inspire aspiring massage therapists in a vibrant educational environment. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive training on various massage techniques, anatomy, and industry best practices, ensuring students develop the skills necessary for successful careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom instruction in massage therapy theory, anatomy, physiology, pathology, and professional practices
- Provide hands-on training in massage techniques and clinical skills
- Supervise and evaluate student performance in both classroom and clinic settings
- Monitor attendance, academic progress, and skill competency
- Provide mentoring, guidance, and constructive feedback to students
- Maintain accurate student records and evaluations
- Assist with curriculum implementation and updates as needed
- Ensure instruction aligns with state requirements and institutional policies
Minimum Qualifications
- Current Florida Massage Therapy License in good standing
- Minimum of five (5) years of professional massage therapy experience
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to student learning and professional standards
