What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a memorable first impression.
- Manage appointments, reservations, check-ins, and checkouts accurately.
- Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and assist with service recommendations.
- Educate guests on spa services, enhancements, packages, and gift cards.
- Support retail sales and help guests select products that complement their spa experience.
- Coordinate with spa professionals and management to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain a beautiful, organized, and welcoming spa.
- Process payments and transactions accurately.
- Assist with booking follow-ups, rebooking guests, and supporting spa promotions.
- Uphold Woodhouse standards for hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
