We are seeking an experienced Lead Massage Therapist for our Downtown Charleston Westedge location. This role is ideal for a seasoned therapist who enjoys mentoring teammates, supporting service standards, and helping elevate the massage program in a luxury spa environment.
The Lead Therapist Role
As Lead Massage Therapist, you will:
• Deliver exceptional massage services aligned with Woodhouse luxury standards
• Mentor and support fellow massage therapists through peer guidance
• Assist leadership with onboarding and training new therapists
• Help maintain consistent service protocols and guest experience standards
• Be a positive culture leader within the massage team
This role allows you to continue practicing while contributing to the growth and excellence of the massage department.
