The Woodhouse Spa in Franklin is seeking an experienced Spa Manager to lead daily operations, elevate the guest experience, and develop a high-performing team in a luxury spa environment.
This role blends people leadership, operational excellence, and hospitality-driven service.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop spa team members through training, coaching, and performance reviews
- Oversee scheduling, daily operations, and service execution
- Drive guest satisfaction, retail performance, and profitability
- Monitor KPIs, inventory, attendance, and service standards
- Uphold brand, safety, and quality expectations daily
- Lead morning huddles and partner with leadership on weekly goals
What We’re Looking For
- Leadership experience in spa, hospitality, or luxury service environments
- Strong people-management and operational skills
- Comfort with performance metrics, accountability, and retail strategy
- Calm, confident leadership style with high standards
