The Woodhouse Day Spa is currently hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Spa Coordinators. We are currently offering a $1,000 sign on bonus for Full-Time (36+ hours per week) employees!

About the Role
Our ideal Spa Coordinator is welcoming, organized, and guest-focused. In this role, you will:
- Orchestrate the spa schedule to ensure smooth operations and proper guest flow
- Drive sales through thoughtful gift card and retail recommendations
- Deliver a consistently positive and elevated guest experience
- Support the General Manager with daily operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and polished front desk and spa environment
- Stay detail-oriented and ensure the team is set up for success each day
Qualifications

1–2 years of spa, hotel, or hospitality front desk experience required
- Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills
- Sales-minded with a passion for guest satisfaction

Reliable ability to commute to both our Montclair and Hoboken locations
(Both locations offer parking)
