What You'll Do
Our Advanced Estheticians do more than perform facials. They help guests achieve visible results through customized treatment plans and exceptional care.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering award winning facial and advanced skincare services
- Performing treatments such as HydraFacial, Dermaplaning, Glo2Facial, microdermabrasion, advanced exfoliation, body treatments, and other technology driven services.
- Interest and ability to grow into med spa level services.
- Conducting thorough consultations and creating personalized treatment recommendations
- Educating guests on professional skincare products and home care regimens
- Building strong client relationships that drive retention and results
- Maintaining treatment room standards consistent with a luxury spa environment
- Representing the Woodhouse Spa brand with professionalism and excellence
Qualifications
- Current Minnesota Advanced Practice Esthetician License required
- 2+ years of advanced esthetics, medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or corrective skincare experience preferred
- Strong consultation, retail, and guest relationship building skills
- Passion for continuing education and professional development
- Team oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Availability to work a combination of evenings, weekends, and peak guest demand periods
