Woodhouse Spa at the historic Wentworth Mansion is seeking a warm, polished Hospitality Professional to join our guest services team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences and thrives in environments where professionalism, attention to detail, and hospitality matter. Our hospitality team plays a key role in delivering the calm, welcoming experience Woodhouse Spa is known for guiding guests through their visit from arrival to departure.
Responsibilities
• Welcome guests and create a warm, professional first impression
• Manage spa reservations and guest communication
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes
• Maintain high standards of hospitality and guest service
• Support daily spa operations alongside the team
• Ensure the spa environment remains calm, organized, and welcoming
Qualifications

• Hospitality or hotel front desk
