We’re seeking an experienced, people-driven Full-Time General Manager to lead spa operations and help us deliver the exceptional, holistic experiences The Woodhouse Day Spa is known for.

About the Role
As General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our spa’s day-to-day operations, team development, and overall guest satisfaction. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership in a dynamic, hospitality-focused environment.
We're looking for someone who is not only passionate about wellness and guest care—but also brings strong analytical thinking to support data-driven decisions and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of daily spa operations to ensure an exceptional guest and team experience
- Optimize scheduling for staff and guest appointments to drive both service quality and productivity
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of service professionals to meet individual and organizational goals
- Manage inventory for spa operations and retail—ensuring availability, accuracy, and profitability
- Use spa management software and reporting tools to monitor performance and uncover improvement opportunities
- Collaborate on local marketing and community outreach to grow brand awareness and guest loyalty
- Champion “The Woodhouse Way” by upholding a consistent, high-quality guest experience
- Embody and promote servant leadership—fostering a culture where supporting others fuels team success
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in spa, salon, retail, or wellness management
- Proven track record in guest service, team leadership, and operational excellence
- Highly organized with strong administrative and tech skills (spa management software experience a plus)
- Confident in analyzing performance data and making informed decisions
- Strong interpersonal, training, and retailing abilities
- A genuine passion for wellness, hospitality, and building a positive, empowering team culture
