Qualifications – Licensed Nail Technician
We’re seeking passionate professionals who are committed to excellence, guest satisfaction, and wellness-driven service. Ideal candidates will bring both technical expertise and a warm, guest-first mindset.
Required Qualifications:
Current and valid Nail Technician License in the state of Virginia
Strong proficiency in natural nail care for both hands and feet, including shaping, cuticle care, polish application, and exfoliation
Thorough knowledge of sanitation and disinfection standards as required by Virginia State Board of Cosmetology
Understanding of product ingredients and commitment to non-toxic, wellness-based nail care
Preferred Experience & Qualities:
Previous experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment preferred but not necessary
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a calm, professional demeanor
A passion for holistic self-care, enhancing each guest's sense of peace and balance, and clean beauty practices
Knowledge of massage techniques, anatomy, and body mechanics
Strong time management skills and the ability to stay on schedule while still personalizing each service
