Our Spa Attendant is the backbone of our business. They keep the back of house running smoothly, so that every guest has the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing and rejuvenating experience with us.
More specifically, our Spa Attendant:
- Takes pride in his or her work ensuring each guest has only the best experience
- Has a keen attention to detail, is tidy and organized, and keeps the spa spotless
- Communicates frequently with the hospitality team and management to meet and exceed all expectations
- Assists staff and guests as needed to ensure the best guest experience.
- Is a steward of the Woodhouse brand making sure all areas comply to Woodhouse standards
- Ensures clean, fresh laundry is available all day, every day
- Is the sanitation police and ensures all areas are clean and sanitary
- Assists with supply orders
- Keeps the break room and back of house orderly
- Assists team in keeping treatment rooms and common areas clean and ready for guests
- Assists in stocking room with linens and supplies
- Is always willing to lend a helping hand where ever it is needed.
