Key Responsibilities:
As a Master Esthetician at Woodhouse Spa - Gainesville, you will play a crucial role in delivering personalized skincare treatments and educating clients on their skincare needs. Your expertise and positive energy will ensure that guests receive exceptional care and leave feeling renewed

- Positive Energy & Attitude: Foster a welcoming and calming atmosphere, bringing positive energy to every client interaction.
- Communication: Clearly communicate with clients to understand their skincare goals and customize treatments to meet their needs.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, ensuring that each guest feels valued, comfortable, and well-cared for throughout their experience.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-organized treatment room, keeping up with inventory and supplies.
- Professional Appearance: Adhere to our luxury spa’s standards with a polished and professional appearance at all times.
- Professional Verbiage: Use refined and courteous language when interacting with clients and team members.
- Flexibility: Adapt to varied scheduling needs, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate guest appointments.
- Follow Treatment Protocols: Administer treatments according to established protocols, ensuring consistency and high-quality results.
- Reliability: Demonstrate dependability and a strong commitment to providing a superior guest experience.
- Time Management: Manage appointment times effectively, ensuring clients receive their full treatment and feel unrushed.
- Reliable Transportation: Maintain dependable transportation for punctuality and commitment to scheduled shifts.

- Expertise in Skincare Modalities: Proficiently perform a range of advanced skincare services, including facials, peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, LED therapy, and more, tailored to each client’s skin type and concerns.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid Master Esthetician license in the state of Virginia.
- Previous experience in a luxury spa or skincare-focused environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of skincare techniques, ingredients, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for the wellness industry and helping clients achieve their skincare goals.
