Sales Coordinator Job Description
As a member of our Hospitality Team, you will be the face of the Woodhouse brand, the first impression a guest has of our spa. Whether a guest visits us to purchase a gift card, book an appointment, learn about our unique transformative services, or embark on a luxurious retreat, you will help facilitate each guest’s time at the spa from beginning to end.
  • Support inventory management and sales of luxury skincare or wellness brands.
  • Assist in upselling luxury services, upgrades, and retail products aligned with client preferences
  • Act as a personalized point of contact for guests booking signature treatments or spa journeys.
  • Maintain records of guest preferences, past treatments, and special requests for a highly tailored experience.
  • Ensure seamless coordination of group bookings
  • Serve as a liaison between the therapists and the leadership team facilitating the flow of information
