Woodhouse Spas – Baybrook has an opening for a full-time Spa Key Holder (management position). We are seeking passion filled, enthusiastic individuals driven by intention and guided by excellence to join our team today.
• Spa experience is not required but is a plus!
- Takes pride in his or her work ensuring each guest has only the best experience
- Communicates frequently with the hospitality team to meet and exceed all expectations
- Coaches and motivates hospitality on how to upgrade, cross-sell, sell packages and achieve re-books
- Manages opening & closing duties to ensure efficiency, proper execution, and timeliness
- Responsible for keeping team engaged & on task throughout shift.
- Responsible for training all new Hospitality according to our training program.
- Ensure cleanliness of spa: sweep, mop, dust, wipe down daily.
- Ensure proper lighting, music, and aromatherapy as set forth in the Ambiance Standards.
- Perform close-out reports using management software at end of each business day.
- Appropriately handle guest situations and then involve Owner or Spa Director if necessary.
- Always inform Owner & Spa Director of any employee or guest situations.
- Ensure all hospitality duties are completed daily.
- Maintain organization of retail room.
- Ensure laundry services are completed daily.
- Assist Owner & Spa Director with duties as needed.
- Prepare and assemble huddle for the day if Owner or Spa Director are not available.
- Covers duties of Concierge: Including but not limited to- Greet guests, escort guests to changing lounge, quiet room, answering phones, scheduling appointments, confirm appointments, checking out guests, preparing and selling gift cards, recommend and sell retail products, Educate guests on spa services and retail products.
- Ensure services are starting and ending on time per protocol or instructions given.
- Entering & receiving purchase orders
- Printing barcodes, labeling products, and displaying products on the retail floor.
- Protect THE WOODHOUSE Brand
- Abide by all protocols set forth by THE WOODHOUSE CORPORATION
