About the Role
As a Spa Concierge, you are the first smile, the calming presence, and the lasting impression. You’ll orchestrate each guest’s journey from arrival to departure while maintaining the serene, polished energy our spa is known for.
What You’ll Do
• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
• Deliver a seamless, relaxing check-in and check-out experience
• Manage appointment scheduling using spa software
• Confidently recommend services, enhancements, and retail products
• Maintain a calm, clean, beautifully organized front desk
• Coordinate with therapists and estheticians to optimize guest flow
• Support spa events, promotions, and guest engagement initiatives
What Makes You a Great Fit
• 1+ year experience in a spa, salon, or hospitality environment (required)
• Comfortable with scheduling systems & POS technology
• Friendly, polished, and guest-obsessed
• Naturally proactive, detail-oriented, and composed
• Passionate about wellness, beauty, and luxury service
