About the Role

As a Spa Concierge, you are the warm welcome, the steady guide, and the lasting impression. You’ll orchestrate each guest’s visit with grace, efficiency, and authentic kindness.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
• Create a seamless, serene check-in & check-out experience
• Thoughtfully recommend services, enhancements & retail
• Maintain a calm, clean, beautifully organized front desk
• Support promotions, events & guest engagement

• 1+ year experience in hospitality, spa, salon, or guest service
• Comfortable with scheduling systems & POS technology
